PLEDGE MANAGER WILL OPEN SOON
All internal tests have been passed. We expect that Pledge Manager will open early next week. All backers will receive an invitation email to enter, choose the language of their rewards, and be able to step up the pledge level, get more add-ons, indicate your shipping address and pay the shipping cost (shipping fees will update automatically when the address is completed and saved).
But before that, there is a last test we have to do to be sure that everything works correctly: the smoke test.

SMOKE TEST IS RUNNING NOW
The Smoke Test has started today.
This is a final blind test in which a small percentage of random backers get an invitation to the Pledge Manager. These backers are responding the surveys and completing their pledge manager as normal. If any issue is detected, or something is not easy to understand, it will be compiled and corrected before everyone is invited to the Pledge Manager. After this period, everything will be ready and the Pledge Manager will be definitely open for everyone.
If you received a survey invitation email, please enter the Pledge Manager and complete all steps as soon as possible. In case you detect something wrong in any step, please email us to [email protected]. We will try to solve it immediately. Your feedback at this point is very helpful.
If you did not received a survey invitation at the moment, don not worry. It is just you are not part of the Smoke Test (please check you inbox, spam, promotions folders just in case).
The Smoke Test will be conduced during 7 days. After that, if everything goes well, the Pledge Manager and Late Pledges will open.

EL PLEDGE MANAGER ABRIRÁ PRONTO
Todo está listo y ya se han superado varias pruebas internas. Esperamos que en 3 - 4 días recibáis una invitación por correo electrónico para entrar en el Pledge Manager y completar las encuestas. Podrás elegir el idioma de tus recompensas, obtener más extras y complementos (add-ons) listados e introducir tu dirección de envío (los gastos de envío se actualizarán automáticamente cuando se completa y guarda la dirección).
Pero antes de abrir el Pledge Manager a todo el mundo queremos comprobar por última vez que todo funciona correctamente. Para ello, en este momento estamos realizando el llamado Smoke Test.

Se trata de una última prueba a ciegas en la que un pequeño porcentaje de mecenas elegido aleatoriamente reciben una invitación al Pledge Manager. Estos mecenas responden a las preguntas y completan su aportación con normalidad. Si se detecta algún problema, o algo no es fácil de entender, se recopilará y corregirá antes de invitar a todo el mundo al Pledge Manager. Después de este periodo, todo estará listo y el Pledge Manager estará definitivamente abierto para todos.
Si has recibido un correo electrónico de invitación, entra en el Pledge Manager y completa todos los pasos lo antes posible. En caso de que detectes algún error en algún paso, envíanos un correo electrónico a [email protected]. Intentaremos solucionarlo inmediatamente. Tus comentarios en este punto son muy útiles.
Si por el momento no has recibido una invitación para participar en la encuesta, no te preocupes. Es solo que no has sido elegido para este test (por favor, revisa tu bandeja de entrada, spam y promociones por si acaso).
El Smoke Test se llevará a cabo durante 3 días a contar desde hoy. Después, si todo va bien, se abrirá definitivamente el Pledge Manager y las Aportaciones Tardías.
